As a 1/4 Splenic Projector, my coaching is deeply intuitive. I blend formal studies in psychology, leadership development, and organizational change with certifications in brain-based coaching, Human Design, and energy work as a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master. This is my “special sauce”—a deep appreciation of your individuality, grounded in energetic alignment to support deeper transformation. I’m also a certified guide for entheogenic journeys, holding safe, intentional space for expanded self-awareness, healing, and inner clarity.

Beyond my private practice, I co-founded Annem Academy to help nurture the next generation of visionary, compassionate leaders. I also consult with organizations that value human-centered leadership and culture. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a creative, kind, and wise young adult, and I serve on the Board of Mama Dragons to support inclusive communities.
