As a Leadership Coach and Organizational Development Consultant, I specialize in energy-centered leadership for the future of work. My work lives at the intersection of business operations, leadership and culture, and human sustainability. I help leaders and organizations not just imagine a better future, but build the systems, behaviors, and structures to actually get there. I lead from the gap between vision and execution, translating strategy into meaningful, sustainable change that people can understand, adapt to, and embrace.
I’ve worked on the front lines and led from the C-suite. I bring that full-spectrum experience into every room I enter. From my early days as an hourly worker to my time as a Head of HR, I’ve seen how real leadership requires more than titles or credentials. It takes self-awareness, authenticity, and courage. I’m passionate about helping leaders become more conscious and empowered at every stage of their journey so they can create meaningful impact without burning out.
As a Coach, I believe energy, not time, is your most strategic asset as a leader. Whether you're navigating change, leveling up in your career, or learning how to lead with more ease, how you manage your energy shapes how you lead, connect, and create impact. Beyond my private practice, I co-founded Annem Academy to help nurture the next generation of visionary, compassionate leaders. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom to a creative, kind, and wise young adult, and I serve on the Board of Mama Dragons to support inclusive communities.
